Terms & Conditions
By using the Gold Line store and completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Prices and currency
All prices in the store are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and cover the product only unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment. We may adjust prices at any time; changes do not apply to orders that are already confirmed and paid.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely through the MyFatoorah gateway using KNET or credit cards. An order is confirmed only after a successful payment and the issue of an order number. If a payment fails, no products are reserved and no amounts are charged.
3. Delivery
We deliver to all governorates of Kuwait within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Deliveries may take longer during peak seasons or circumstances beyond our control, and we will notify you of any expected delay. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
4. Returns and exchanges
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt provided it is unopened, in its original condition, and with all packaging and accessories intact. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is found. To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number.
5. Warranty
All devices are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects under the terms of the authorised distributor or supplier. The warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or any unauthorised repair or modification.
6. Product availability
We keep our stock levels up to date. In the rare case a product turns out to be unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to choose an alternative or issue a full refund.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
