Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to fulfil and deliver your order:

• Your name and phone number, to contact you about your order and delivery.
• Your email address, for order confirmations and account sign-in.
• Your delivery address (governorate, area, block, street, building).
• Your order history within your account, to make follow-up and returns easier.

How we use your data

We use your data to prepare and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, and improve your shopping experience. We never sell your data. Apart from the consent-based advertising and analytics events described under Data sharing, we do not share it with third-party marketers.

Payments and card data

All payments are processed by the licensed MyFatoorah gateway. Your card details are entered directly on the gateway's secure payment page — we never see them and we never store any card numbers on our servers.

Data sharing

We share the minimum data required to provide the service: the delivery company receives your name, phone and address, and the payment gateway receives the invoice amount and contact details. We may disclose data where Kuwaiti law requires us to. With your consent, browsing events linked to a cookie identifier (page views, add-to-cart, purchase value) may be sent to the analytics and advertising providers listed under Cookies — never your name, phone, address or card data.

How we protect your data

All store pages use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and passwords are stored in a hashed, unreadable form. Access to order data is restricted to authorised admin staff.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time by contacting info@goldline-kw.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to our legal obligations.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies on the store:

• Essential cookies, which are always on because the store cannot work without them: your shopping cart, your sign-in session, your language preference and your cookie choice.
• Marketing and analytics trackers (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and improve your experience — these are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Managing your cookie choice

Where marketing cookies are in use on the store, your choice is stored for 12 months and can be changed at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Choosing “Essential only” never affects shopping or checkout.

We may update this policy from time to time; updates take effect from the date they are published on this page.
